Dream Dazia

A debut game from Jacob LeRoux, aka, CosmoRetro - grabs nostalgic, classic RPG elements and crafts them into a new game and dream-world adventure that started as a side game in college turned retro-inspired dreams of Jacob's to begin his gaming career with this game starring a female protagonist, Dazia, that gets stuck in her own nightmare. This retro, SNES-inspired RPG called, Dream Dazia, lets you explore the world and conquer it how you please with nearly every item, weapon, spell, dungeon open from the beginning. While navigating a surreal open world of Dazia's subconscious - you choose to explore sprawling maps filled with side quests, and at times, befriend quirky others. Ultimately, there are six elemental temples that you must go through in any order you choose and in multiple ways—systems design inspired from the epic scopes of Breath of Fire, Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, and other classic gems, this one goes into a dream and explores those classic RPG concepts, but alone, as Dazia. With 20-30 hours of heartfelt narrative, exploration, and ways to build Dazia stats up -> it's a love letter to the golden age of RPGs, all built in RPG Maker 2003 for that authentic pixelated charm.
