وصف اللعبة

Mota must die.

In Mota Must Die, a short (~30 minute) psychological horror visual novel, you explore the story of Reno, and his childhood friends Sei and Mota. What begins as a nostalgic trip quickly takes a darker turn when the group makes an unexpected detour into the woods.

The reunion was never what it seemed...

Years earlier, Reno’s younger sister Mima was murdered in a case that was never solved. Over time, suspicion has quietly settled on Mota... an introverted and emotionally distant friend who shared an ambiguous bond with her before her death.

Inside a secluded warehouse, Sei initiates a confrontation meant to uncover the truth...

What once felt obvious becomes uncertain. What once felt uncertain begins to harden into belief.

Through dialogue choices and subtle shifts in perspective, decide how the interrogation progresses, what to believe, and how to act.

Does Mota deserve to die?

A short but intense psychological experience, Mota Must Die explores memory, doubt, and the danger of acting on belief without certainty.

Key Features:

  • A grounded psychological narrative centered around interrogation, memory, and moral judgment.

  • Short but impactful experience, with each playthrough lasting around 30 minutes.

  • Choice-driven progression that shapes belief, perspective, and outcome.

  • Multiple endings based on what the player accepts as “enough” to act.

  • Minimalist, atmospheric presentation focused on dialogue and tension.

  • A self-contained story where truth is questioned and consequence is unavoidable.
