NecroSyntex is a 3D co-op third-person shooter set in a near-future apocalyptic world.
In an age where medical technology had reached unprecedented heights, a mysterious new drug spread across the globe—turning humans into horrifying mutant creatures.
Now, the last survivors must rely on the same dangerous drugs, known as Doping, to gain the strength needed to fight back.

As a special operative, you and up to three teammates are deployed into infested zones to complete missions, eliminate threats, and ultimately escape alive.

  Each with unique stats and a special Constitution passive that grants extra effects when using doping (without suffering additional debuffs).

  Defend objectives, survive against waves, secure targets, and more — each mission offers new challenges beyond simple combat.

• High Risk, High Reward

  • Fail a single mission, and it’s game over.

  • If all players die, the operation ends.

  • Friendly fire enabled — allies can be harmed, so think twice before pulling the trigger.

• Controls & Customization
  The game is played with keyboard (WASD for movement, R to reload, etc.) and mouse (aiming and shooting).
  Key bindings are fully customizable through the in-game settings, allowing you to adapt the controls to your playstyle.
