DISCLAIMER

The Raid of Brunswick is a game that is missing many features like progress saving, optimizations and QoL improvements. The game will not be updated or receive any bug fixes.

About the story

May 22, 1944.

The war in Europe rages on, and the night sky belongs to the bomber crews.

You are aboard an Avro Lancaster, part of a Royal Air Force operation tasked with striking a strategic target in Brunswick. As the aircraft crosses hostile skies, each man on board carries a vital responsibility. Pilot, navigator, bombardier, wireless operator, gunner — every role matters. Every decision counts.

About the game

The game takes players through multiple crew positions aboard the Lancaster bomber, presenting a conceptual overview of each crew member’s responsibilities. You will intercept messages as the wireless operator, plot the route as the navigator, fly the aircraft as the pilot, release the bombs as the bombardier, and defend the aircraft as the gunner.

The Raid of Brunswick is a game that was intended to be a commemoration of the Lancaster bomber crew that participated in the raid and crashed near Groningen on May 23, 1944.

In memory of all Lancaster crews of World War II, whose service shaped the freedom we know today.
