When Work's A Bore

Overview

Working on an offshore rig can be challenging, so drill-bots take their leisure time when they can. Combining high speed racing and 2D platforming into some frantic fun.

Take control of your drill-bot as they jump, drive, and most importantly drill their way through the underground tunnels and courses that make up their workplace.

Drilling and boring through the ground allows you to build up more and more speed. Use that momentum to your advantage as you compete in races and navigate the workplace. But with great speed comes less control, and inevitably there will be crashes, tumbles, falling, and flailing.

Single Player Campaign

Features a single player campaign, where you follow Drillbot Derek on his first day on the job.

Watch out for the hazards of working as a drill-bot on this offshore rig: conveyers, crushers, and crazy co-workers!

And all this while Derek desperately tries to meet his quota for the day.

Local and Online Multiplayer

Up to 4 players can race against each other, both in local splitscreen mode and in online play, through a variety of courses. Bots can be added to make up the numbers.

Take advantage of the tunnels already made by your opponents to gain extra speed and pass them out.

Hit switches to cut your rivals off, or to make them crash and lose speed.

Take risks to follow the path that will either gain you the lead or send you tumbling out of control.
