First steps

Your team of scientists is trained across multiple disciplines and psychologically prepared to endure the tasks ahead.

You will begin by extracting scraps and artifacts for initial study. However, as expeditions push deeper into the Zone, areas exhibiting anomalous properties will inevitably be discovered.

Anomalies

Anomalies within Zone 1–70 manifest a wide range of properties, rendering the environment increasingly unstable.

Light bends unnaturally, temperature drains without cause, memories erode, and the mind fractures under prolonged exposure. Our crews are equipped with specialized sensors to detect, catalog, and mark these zones before their effects become irreversible.

These anomalies can be studied using specialized machines designed to analyze and experiment on their properties, yielding D.A.T.A. of incalculable value to the organization.

It is your duty to determine which experiments are most suitable for each anomaly.

The entities

The Zone is a mysterious place, its entire structure resembling a vast, monolithic building, raising the unsettling question of whether something once lived there, or still does.

As strange flesh-like structures emerge from the floor, growing like fungi, even more disturbing questions arise about the nature of these lifeforms

Firepower will be required, and research protocols must be revised to include armed escorts for science teams, preventing casualties and material losses.

Volunteers, lured by promises of glory and mass-produced medals, step forward to fight and defend. Be warned, these lifeforms bite back.
