Game Description

"8AM: The Graveyard" confines the player to an old cemetery long past midnight. The air is heavy with mist, the lanterns flicker faintly between crooked tombstones, and the wind carries whispers that could be leaves — or something else. From your caretaker’s shack, dozens of cameras feed grainy footage of graves, statues, and silent paths shrouded in fog.

You watch the screens, switching between crypts and mausoleums. A shadow stands near an open grave, vanishes when you change the view, then reappears beside another headstone — always closer. Somewhere in the distance, a bell tolls, though no church stands nearby. Your orders are clear: guard the grounds until 8:00 a.m., report disturbances, and never leave the shack.

But as the night deepens, the cameras distort. Flowers move where no wind blows. Fresh soil sinks as if something beneath stirs. Figures wander among the graves only to disappear behind unmarked stones. Sometimes, in the reflection of the monitor, you glimpse a shape standing right behind you.

Patterns emerge. A name repeats across different tombs. A cloaked figure appears at the same hour each night. The hum of the equipment begins to sync with your pulse as you question whether fatigue is playing tricks — or if the cemetery itself is waking from its long silence.

Your task is simple: decide what is real. Each hour tests your composure as the line between the living and the dead fades under the pale light of dawn.

When morning comes, the fog clears — but one monitor still flickers. It shows your shack, your chair, with someone else already sitting there, waiting for 8:00 a.m.

"8AM: The Graveyard" is a psychological surveillance horror about solitude, memory, and the thin veil between duty and the unknown. In the still heart of the cemetery, it forces you to confront not only what moves among the graves — but what might be waiting beneath them.
