Game Description

Core Gameplay

  • Explore a repeating hospital corridor that subtly changes on each floor

  • Use a guide cane to feel the floor, walls, and tactile paving, listen carefully to footsteps, echoes, and ambient sounds

  • Detect environmental anomalies revealed through your guide cane

  • Question illusions created by fear and uncertainty — false sensations that disappear when verified through feeling or careful listening.

The Rule

At the end of each hallway, you must choose either exit from the left or the right door.

Making the wrong decision will reset your progress or place you in more dangerous situations.

Anomalies vs. Illusions

  • Anomalies are real changes in the environment. Anything that does not feel familiar may indicate something is wrong.

  • Illusions are not real. They are manifestations of fear and blind phobia — sounds, shapes, or sensations that exist only in your mind.

Failing to distinguish between anomalies and illusions can lead to wrong decisions and dangerous outcomes. Each playthrough features randomized anomalies and illusions, encouraging careful observation and replayability.

Goals & Challenge

  • Reach the ground floor and face the final choice to escape the hospital

  • Learn to trust — and question — your remaining senses

  • Stay calm under uncertainty and psychological pressure
