Game Description

"Please, Press the STOP BUTTON!!!"

Catverse is a 3-4 player party game where players become the brain cells of a quirky cat to control its actions.

The cat constantly moves based on the combination of lights in the rooms of its mind. Thought you safely landed on the next platform? Did the other players think so too? The cat's state of mind changes the moment someone presses or releases a button. And when the state changes? The cat will immediately do something wildly unpredictable. But you can't just stand still, either! Standing still in a room might be the exact right move, or standing still itself could trigger a specific action combination. You pressed a button to prevent a mistake? Well, turns out that was the 'long jump to the leeeeft' button. Cats are unpredictable by nature, right?

Key Features

Simple Controls

Once the game starts, your only job is to turn the room lights on and off! Everything happens with just a click of a button. You can easily recommend this to anyone, regardless of age—especially someone you want to get closer to.

The Cat's Behavior

The cat is always on the move depending on the light combinations in its head. It might jump, or it might just walk. If its mind gets too tangled, it might just do a "cat loaf" or take a stretch. Because the cat never stops moving, players must constantly communicate, strategize, and act accordingly to pull off the right moves. Wait, the person you wanted to get closer to couldn't keep up with the plan? And the cat just double-jumped you all the way back to the starting point? Congratulations. This is a great opportunity to get really close.

Various Cats with Their Own Universes

There isn't just one cat! And as we know, every cat lives in its own world. As you clear stages, you'll meet a variety of cats, each with their own unique universe and rules!
