Game Description

CORDURA is a co-op psychological horror game where coordination is the only way to survive the stalking darkness that mimics your team. Communicate using proximity voice chat, but be careful: The Night listens to every word and noisy step. Face unpredictable procedural maps, collecting the Roses of the Night, and escape before paranoia turns your allies into your worst nightmare.

4 Player cooperative incursions

CORDURA offers a co-op experience for up to 4 players where team coordination is the key to survival. Part of the team will venture into the dark for the extraction of the Roses of the Night, while others will track the threats and guide the operation to avoid certain death. But in the darkness, no one is safe.

Fewer than 4 players? No problem: the dynamic difficulty system automatically scales the maps and the threat of The Night, ensuring a balanced challenge and an atmosphere of constant horror whether you play solo or with friends.

Story

BREAK IN. TAKE IT. GET OUT.

Science once dared to blur the boundaries of the Night, and now the darkness has returned to reclaim its own. Victorian buildings awaken corrupted by a primal influence, twisting their halls into procedural labyrinths and reducing inhabitants to empty shells that now stalk from the shadows.

Yet, desire proves stronger than fear. Deep within these walls grows the Rose of the Night, the source of the Ambrosia. A potent neurostimulant coveted by the aristocracy for their decadent gatherings. You will take on the role of the workers who enter to extract this prize before you lose your sanity.

Few return alive, but greed always finds new volunteers.

Features

  • 4-Player Extraction Teams: Venture into the dark together. Manage your risks, make every effort to remain unseen, and communicate to get out of the labyrinth. In these places, silence is as vital as your extraction gear.

  • Mimic System & Verbal Deception: The Night hears you and calls you by name. Proximity voice chat becomes a double-edged sword: the darkness can mimic the voice and appearance of your allies to lure you into the abyss.

  • Sanity & The Companion Bond: As the night darkens, your sanity shatters. The only way to restore it is to physically reunite with a teammate. But a lingering doubt remains: has your ally truly arrived in time, or is the Night wearing their face to finish you off?

  • Permadeath: Not everyone who enters returns. When a team member falls, the loss is permanent, forcing you to hire new recruits. It is up to the survivors to venture back in to recover the belongings and the body of the fallen. Greed or safety?.

  • Evolving Procedural Labyrinths: Two incursions are never the same. The mansion reshapes its halls in real-time, forcing you to mark the walls to keep your bearings. Do not rely blindly on external guidance; creeping corruption can make familiar routes vanish in seconds.
