You wake up in a filthy basement with strangers, a mask on your face… and a live bomb on the table.

Fuse or Lose is a high-stakes game of hot potato where the penalty is execution. Every round, the device is shoved into your hands. You must complete a task—flip a switch, cut a wire, or decipher a code—to pass the death sentence to the next player.

But be warned: passing the bomb does NOT save you from blowing up. A safe trigger only buys you a few precious seconds of life. You are constantly bleeding time, and the only way to survive is to think faster than the person next to you.

You aren't just fighting the bomb; you're fighting the people sitting next to you.

• Deduce the Safe Path: Use fragmented hints to figure out which wires are safe and which will speed up the inevitable.

• Sabotage the Competition: Play dirty with special items. Steal time from your neighbors, force them to take double turns, or distort the colors on their bomb panel to force a mistake.

• Hoard Information: Find clues that only you can see. Will you share them to keep the game going, or lie to eliminate a rival?
