Game Description

Inspired by Monster Rancher, Garden Monsters is a relaxing yet exciting Monster Raising Simulator that brings that old school charm to your computer screen. Garden Monsters are unique and highly varied creatures that battle one another for fame, glory, and fortune. You are a Gardener, an individual entrusted with the task of raising and training Garden Monsters. Your task? Raise your monsters to become champs! Twelve monsters in all, each unique in looks and gameplay!

Gameplay is divided into two very simple sections: a Sim portion and a battle portion. The Sim part is a simple and intuitive menu based system where you train your monsters, shop, rest up, and prepare for the battle part of the game. Battles are fought between your monster and the monsters available at the arena. With a battle system reminiscent of the original Dragon Quest, veteran RPG players will feel right at home whilst newer players will pick up the system quickly. That said, battles are not easy, and one wrong decision can send an unwary player towards a quick defeat!

The game's seasonal system is for more than mere aesthetics: the end of each season sees official tournaments for monsters to go up in ranks. Higher ranks yield better rewards, but stronger challenges! On another note, certain monsters receive changes, depending on the season. One in particular even changes its appearance...

There are twelve monsters overall, so let's meet but a few!

Legoon

Legoon is one of three Garden Monsters available at the start of the game. Easy to train, easy to master, its tiny move pool is offset by its good stats and simple gameplay. Legoon only has two skills, but that's all it needs!

Cloudberry

Cloudberry is one of the monsters you unlock later in the game. A Mage, Cloudberry is a monster that requires time and patience to truly master. But its wide array of destructive skills and techniques makes this little guy a BEAST in the battlefield once it's properly trained!

Oheeta

Total cutie, right? Ah, but looks are deceiving, for Oheeta specializes in powering itself up to completely and utterly destroy its opponents! A monster that requires much dedication to unlock, but once you do, it might become your favorite!

Those were just THREE of the new pals waiting for you in Garden Monsters! Let the fun begin!
