Game Description

GlagStone is a story-driven city-building game set on a remote island caught between warring nations — brought to life in a striking black-and-white style.

You arrive as the new governor. The lighthouse is damaged, the settlement is falling apart, and the previous leader vanished without a trace. The locals keep their heads down, the sea brings strange wreckage, and every new message from the mainland feels more urgent than the last.

Rebuild the island piece by piece, keep your people alive through shortages and fear, and uncover what really happened here — through diaries, letters, and unsettling discoveries. And when the lake begins to call, you’ll have to decide how far you’re willing to go.

KEY FEATURES

  • Story-driven city building — rebuild a crumbling settlement and restore the island’s lifeline: the lighthouse.

  • Stark black-and-white design — high-contrast visuals that make the island feel like a living illustration.

  • Sound and music as storytelling — an immersive soundscape and an original soundtrack that deepens tension and melancholy.

  • Grounded and slightly macabre characters — meet residents with their own needs, losses, requests and desires, and earn their trust.

  • Mystery gradually told through documents — diaries, letters, newspaper notes, and found items reveal the island’s past bit by bit.

  • Choices under pressure — hardship, war, and the unknown will force you to make decisions you’ll remember.
