Master the clumsy, physics-based "Gurney Carry" system. With a heavy patient on the stretcher and your weak granny arms losing strength every second, your team will need perfect coordination to avoid tripping over rocks, sliding down mud banks, or accidentally launching the hiker into a ravine.

Spot a priceless antique lamp abandoned in the woods? Grab it! Just remember that greed has a price. Balancing heirlooms on top of the injured hiker makes the gurney harder to steer, forcing you to choose between some fresh decor and a safe rescue. Share the load, split the stamina, and shoulder the blame.
