Game Description

Relaxing puzzles

Experience a small underwater world full of peaceful inhabitants, loving details, and cozy puzzles. In Maloomify The Ocean, you place, rotate, and change different inhabitants and objects until everyone is happy. Each inhabitant has their own personality, so you have to create the perfect balance in the ecosystem.

When everyone is satisfied, your world expands and unlocks new wondrous things. Sit back while you ponder the puzzle and listen to the lo-fi underwater-themed soundtrack.

Create your own levels

With the integrated Workshop connection, you can easily create your own levels with the level editor and share them with the world! Whether you want to create beautiful, difficult, or crazy levels, it's entirely up to you!

Micro-games for variety

Some objects cannot be changed easily, which means it's time for a micro-game! Micro-games are small events that make your stay underwater more varied and colorful. Of course, everything is done without pressure or stress.

Something new to discover in every corner

While you're thinking about how to make everyone happy, you can discover the colorful underwater world. Just click around and see what happens!

A student project

More than 60 students from the Media Informatics and Interactive Entertainment program at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences developed their own game within two semesters.
