Evil spirits are gathering in the hospital. You visit with your disciple and purify the evil spirits with punches.
This action game sees players control a muscular onmyoji character from a POV perspective, attacking and defeating monsters with punches as they progress through the stages and story. As the stages progress, long-range attacks become available, reducing the need for intense viewpoint control and reducing the risk of motion sickness. Items that increase attack power, defense power, and stamina are placed on the stages, and by utilizing these, the game's difficulty can be eased. Even beginners can easily complete the game. While it does contain horror elements, there are no excessive depictions of being chased by monsters in a dark, confined space, and all monsters can be defeated by punching, so even those who aren't a fan of horror may be able to enjoy the content (individual results may vary).
