Song of Kings

Song of Kings is a puzzle platformer inspired by Sri Lankan mythology. You play as Yakshira, a yaksha child who strays too far from his home realm, gets captured and is trapped in a kingdom ruled by a ruthless king. Guided by the soul of his grandfather and armed with a magical flute, he must outwit enemies, solve ancient puzzles, and uncover the mysteries of his heritage. Travel through mystical forests, ruined temples, dungeons, and human settlements, each filled with secrets, dangers, and forgotten stories.

The flute is more than an instrument—it is the key to your journey. Hidden melodies lie in the world around you, and each one reveals paths, awakens secrets, and uncovers fragments of the past.

Stay alert. Guards and creatures will stand in your way, each reacting to your presence and the sounds you create. Observe your surroundings, use the environment to your advantage, and find a way forward.
