Once owned by the eccentric billionaire Lord Salazar Sinister and his occult-obsessed wife, Doña Elena Sinister, the estate is now up for sale, but local rumors of macabre events and self-arranging furniture are driving buyers away.

Ordered by the Grand Vampire Council, Montserrat must go undercover as a wealthy, prospective buyer to investigate the mansion. But what starts as a simple scouting mission quickly spirals into a deadly conspiracy involving a secret society and a dark ritual to resurrect a legendary evil who needs exactly 9 vampire corpses to return to full power.
