Game Description

The Apartment is a first-person psychological horror
where a familiar space begins to live by someone else’s rules.

You wake up in your apartment. At first glance, everything looks the same: the same rooms, the same objects, the same silence. But only at first glance. A strange feeling won’t leave you, as if something has changed.

Suddenly, the silence is shattered by a deafening siren. The countdown has already begun. But what will happen when the time runs out?

In the bedroom, the computer is on. On the screen a code input window.

And then you hear a voice: It demands that you enter the code.

The siren keeps drilling into your ears, making it impossible to concentrate. You don’t understand what is happening or why it’s happening to you.

When the timer reaches zero, the air begins to change. It becomes heavier, denser, and somewhere beyond the walls you hear a quiet, almost imperceptible hiss.

It’s gas.

It slowly fills the apartment.

The apartment is full of details that once seemed insignificant. Hidden compartments, notes, cryptic codes, forgotten objects… All of them are pieces of a puzzle whose meaning you have yet to understand.

Old VHS cameras are watching your every step.

Returning to familiar rooms and discovering new fragments, you begin to see the bigger picture. The apartment holds the answers — but it won’t give them up easily.

Uncover what happened.

And find a way out before it’s too late.

By any means necessary.

Inspired by classic psychological horror and the aesthetics of analog horror and VHS.
