Game Description

An Incremental Typing Game

Type letters to earn points. Buy upgrades with points. Earn even more points from typing.

Earn millions of points

You start by typing as fast as you can for 5 seconds. Then you get a point for each correct letter you typed. These points can be used to buy upgrades. Upgrades can give you additional points, more typing time, accuracy bonuses, and other improvements. Then you type again, earning more points. Soon you’ll be earning hundreds, thousands, or even billions of points.

Become a faster typist

Do you write a lot during the day? Most people do. Imagine if you could type faster—how much more would you be able to get done in a day? Wouldn’t that be great? There’s only one real way to become a faster typist: practice typing!

Get addicted to typing

Have you ever played an incremental game (also called an idle game)? A game like Cookie Clicker or Universal Paperclips? I can’t really explain why they are so engaging. You click a button, get a point, buy upgrades, and get more points from clicking. It seems silly, but it’s surprisingly hard to stop.

I don’t know about you, but after a few hours of clicking a button I kind of feel like I’ve been wasting my time. That’s why I decided to create this game—an incremental game where the addictive progression you find in idle games is applied to something useful. Useful like practicing typing faster. That way, after spending a few hours more than planned getting hooked on a silly incremental game, you’ll at least be a bit better at typing in the end.
